Having to go to a bouldering carnival for the first time was actually kind of fun. Not only are you able to test your abilities as a boulderer, you can also meet new friends. It just so happens that my friends & I became acquaintance with some of the boulderers from Springfield Secondary. I was not surprised at all to see them there as rockclimbing is a niche CCA in their school. So basically they are people you cannot under estimate.
The experience was worth it even though I was not able to complete most routes. Oh well, at least I tried. I do hope that if I were given a chance, I would want to come back & join Climb On! 2010. Finally, I'm So Co0l.

Thank God that the new term in school started out on a good note. I was so glad that I was able to catch up on what has been going on with my other friends. Even though my position as the Event Organiser of my class was taken up by Shahida, I was actually happy for her because to be honest, she is a better organiser than I am. Also, I had found out that another one of my cousins is currently studying in NYP for Advance Diploma in Nursing.
Oh well, before the new term started, I had promised myself that I would be a better man or tennage boy for that matter and I do hope to achieve it as I do want to start anew from friendship to academic results. The last 2 days of school had been great & I do want it to be equally great or even greater for the weeks to come. Finally, I am very much cooler than I used to be.

Ubin Ahoy!
After a whole day cycling in Pulau Ubin, I must say that I have now respect cycling as a sport. I thought cycling was just a breezy activity that you can always do downstairs with your neighbours but I was dead wrong. It takes skills & a lot of leg muscles to cycle, especially for long distance or on a bumpy road. It was my first time cycling that hard for a day all around Ubin. But, don't get me wrong, it was the best thing that had happened to me since I went there in 2007 for OBS. From going uphill, downhill & even on muddy grounds, the GEREK feeling was there. Also, the trip made me realise that there's more to Ubin than just going for OBS. People do make a living over there & no, they don't look like jungle people with spears on their hands. They are just normal people who opens up bike shops & seafood reastaurants for patrons. All in all, going to Ubin was not a waste of time.
Finally, I'm S0 c0ol ;)

When Mehboob meets Rechmi
Having a day out with my secondary school mates was great indeed. After almost 1 year not meeting them face to face, many changed for the better. I told myself that I will not let my time with them go to a waste & treasure every moment. For 12 hours of going out to celebrate Hari Raya with them, I must say that it was the only day that I might actually gain 3 kilos. We visited about 10 houses & almost every house had food prepared for us. Woah! FOOD GALORE! From Mee Soto,Fried Noodles,Roti Curry,Fruits & not forgetting all those kuehs. At first, I was happy because it means that I will never go hungry by the time I got home. But, as the day closes in, daint was I wrong. I could not take it anymore & took only a few bites of each dish.
All in all, I did not regret every second spent with my mates as we were all reminiscing the old days & laughing at each others' jokes. Thank God for the most Gerek day ever. Finally, I'm so C0ol. ;)
